In terms of work satisfaction, big may not always be best according to BRW. “Big businesses looking to the next wave of talent may want to take a page out of the books of the small Australian companies that have dominated this year’s BRW 50 Best Places to Work”, they claim. 1. Offer staff a free day off on their birthday

We had a land loan and construction loan and then when we needed money to finish off building our dream home they said to take out a personal loan and when the house was finished we could consolidate the 3 loans, meanwhile building company went broke house sat there mid construction for 6months we went broke and when it finally got finished good ol COMMONWEALTH BANK wouldnt consolidate ours loans cos whilst we were strugglin during construction to pay all 3 loans seperately we defaulted on payment only twice so they said they couldnt consolidate our loans due to this, so instead of paying a smaller amount on 1 loan like promised we struggled to pay the 3. This being toooo much for us we then had to forcably sell our dream home for $120,000 less than what it was worth and had spent on it just to pay out these loans and leaving us still indebt to this day….and no doubt this post will be deleted by them as they are a big powerful bank.
